What does that mean? 

It means that your order will be 100% refunded (even after you receive it) for a number of reasons. 

 

Quality

If you have ANY issues with the quality of your order (and we're confident you won't) including damage, inconsistencies, marks etc., please reach out to us at urgent@canvasvows.com and we will process a full refund for you. 

 

Exception:

Resolution approved: After you place an order with us we provide a preview of your design (for personalized orders). If you provide an image that is not high resolution and you approved the preview, and then you are not happy with the resolution when you receive the canvas we are not able to refund for this situation since the design was approved and you provided the photo. We print at the max resolution of your provided image. 

 

Shipping Time

If you let us know when you need your order by and we deliver it after your order, you have the option of asking for a full refund. We understand that for certain orders (for example: for a wedding anniversary gift) you need your order by a certain time. For that reason we provide a 100% guarantee that you will receive it on time. 

Timeline from order to shipment (in business days): 

Day 1: Order placed

Day 2: Preview sent to you (for personalized orders) 

Day 3: You approve the order

Day 4 & 5: Your order is made and shipped out

Once your order is shipped you will receive it within the shipping time frame that you chose during check out. You have the option to choose Ground delivery or expedited deliver. 

 

Required: In order to receive a refund for a late shipment, you will have needed to provide the date you needed it by. You have the ability to provide the "date needed by" in the "Product Personalization Box" (for personalized orders) or in the "Note" section within your Cart. 

 

ExceptionIf you do not provide the date you needed the order by we have no way of guaranteeing that it will arrive by then. Please be sure to let us know when it needs to arrive so we can ensure timely delivery. Also, if you make a change to your design after we send you a preview please understand that it will take another day to remake your design and send you a new preview. If an order arrives late and you had requested changes to your design, please understand that we cannot provide a refund since changes push back the shipment date.
